Please see below a letter for maternity services providers regarding the current risks of a pertussis outbreak and the steps we need to take together to prepare and protect the most vulnerable in our communities ? especially those currently pregnant. If we can ensure that pertussis immunisations are offered in every pregnancy for each p?pi, we can give our newborns the greatest possible protection.
