We have limited Te Whare Pora W?nanga Wahakura spaces available (see below panui):
- Tuesday and Wednesday 4-5 March, Hoani Waititi Marae, 451 West Coast, Glen Eden, West Auckland, 9:00am-2:00pm each day
- Tuesday and Wednesday 18-19 March, Ng?ti ?tara Marae, 100 ?tara Road, ?tara, South Auckland 9:00am-2:00pm each day
- Monday and Tuesday 24-25 March, Ng? Whare Waatea Marae, 31 Calthorp Close, Favona, South Auckland 9:00am-2:00pm each day
- Tuesday and Wednesday 1-2 April, Hoani Waititi Marae, Wharekai, 451 West Coast, Glen Eden, West Auckland, 9:00am-2:00pm each day
- Monday and Tuesday 14-15 April, Ng? Whare Waatea Marae, 31 Calthorp Close, Favona, South Auckland 9:00am-2:00pm each day
- Tuesday and Wednesday 1-2 April, Ruapotaka Marae,106 Line Road, Glen Innes 9:00am-2:00pm each day
Please let us know if you would like to attend any of these two-day sessions. If these dates are not suitable, please let us know as we may have future dates and venues become available.
NOTES: We welcome all wh?nau to attend our w?nanga. If m?m? / wh?nau are attending with dependent tamariki, please ensure they have a support person to assist with their care for the duration of the w?nanga to allow for m?m? / wh?nau and / or their support person to focus on weaving their wahakura.
At the conclusion of the w?nanga our kairaranga will take the wahakura to dry and and shape them so they are ready for use, we will then have a hand back session usually three weeks after w?nanga to gift them back to wh?nau.
